Ritual Design for Work and Leadership

Why rituals?
Rituals invite us to live and embody our answers to important questions such as: “What is being asked of me?” or "Who is part of this?"
They do this by grounding abstract ideas — like purpose, community, or change — in the physical world, making them something we can engage with directly.
Teams and individuals who practice rituals show up with greater clarity and connection, allowing them to act with integrity and move with intention through times of change.

Being in awe of what happened during the
ritual that enabled a separation between me and my co-founder, I kept coming back to Viktor for collaboration.
He has a magnificent sixth sense for the bigger picture, while at the same time holding an eye for important details, so that the rituals capture on a manifest level what otherwise remains invisible.

Why ritual Design?
Ritual design is a collaborative practice that begins with understanding what is present, before guiding the creation of a meaningful response.
This allows us to create rituals that are authentically yours.
The rituals we create together will meet your needs, fit your context and have a form that emerges from your experience.
